I initially got in touch with Lorraine asking for help to pass my test as I previously had lessons but failed my test a couple of years previous. Lorraine suggested a Midway Pass Course with 20 hours of driving. We split this up over 4 days, with 6 hours on the first two days and 4 hours on the last two days, with my test in the last hour. Whilst this was very full on and demanded full concentration, I felt this worked really well for me.

Lorraine was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel so comfortable from the second I sat in the car and I was amazed at how quickly driving came back to me, considering I hadn’t driven for a while. She started out each lesson with a plan of what to work on and then towards the end of each day would let me decide what I wanted to work on.

Over the course, Lorraine got me driving specific routes that I didn’t know so that I was comfortable on all roads and terrain. She even had one of her colleagues sit in the car and run a mock test with me! I feel like every basis was covered in her teaching and it really helped that she was so calm and reassuring every moment.

I went on to pass my test, with only 4 minors! I did doubt whether 20 hours would be enough for me to pass, but Lorraine had assessed how much driving I would need and her judgement paid off. I am so glad I picked Pass With Lorraine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to all of my friends and family.
